As the condo market falls on the Gulf Coast, developers are looking to get out from crushing debt, and are beginning to auction off their condominium units at rock bottom prices.
This past weekend, the first of multiple auctions of condominium units occurred this past weekend, and more auctions are coming.
As you can see here, buyers are trying to find a deal, and it looks like the market is still not back.
