A two-vehicle accident Wednesday night left one man dead on the Causeway near Battleship Memorial Park, a Press-Register article reported. This accident included a motorcycle and a Toyota pickup truck.
A man driving the pickup truck was experiencing engine problems that caused his vehicle to partially block the roadway. The motorcycle crashed into the stopped truck, killing the driver of the motorcycle.
Mobile police report that they are unaware about whether the motorcycle driver was wearing a helmet or may have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
