Tuesday morning a woman driving a 2006 Nissan Altima lost control of the vehicle on I-65 near Creola and was involved in a one-car accident.

Just after crossing a bridge, the vehicle ran off the road and rolled into a ditch. The car actually rolled over, ejecting the driver about 10 feet away.

Somehow, the woman miraculously lived through the ordeal. She was treated at the scene by paramedics and then taken to a nearby hospital. Her condition has not been reported.

Police say that the victim was not wearing a seatbelt. They also do not believe that she was under the influence of alcohol.
